18 years ago, a prophecy emerged that a boy with a black ring, deemed inferior, would rewrite the survival rules of the world of the gifted. The only remaining descendant of the “Divine-Tier” status, Shannon, wears a black ring and lives as an inferior being in the filthy exile zone. However, his peaceful life is shattered when his identity is exposed, and the top-tier forces, seeing him as a threat, send out an assassination squad to kill Shannon.
